I am a health and lifestyle coach in Surrey and London who is dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through a unique coaching programme that is designed to accelerate your journey to your best self. With Glow Health, you are given a safe space to share and vocalise your goals and dreams whilst tackling and removing the obstcales that you perceive are holding you back. Instead of just handing out exercise sheets and recipe cards, we will work closely together to look at all the areas of your life to discover the changes which need to be made to deliver you to a truly holistic healthy lifestyle.
By releasing habits that no longer serve you and invoking a healthy, active lifestyle, alongside a nutritious wholefood style of eating, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. Throughout our coaching relationship I will be there to offer you abundant encouragement, honesty and accountability to support your journey. I work on the basis of having an authentic connection with my clients, which is why, before embarking on a coaching programme, I offer an in-depth complimentary discovery call over the phone or Zoom to understand your personal goals, to ensure that we will gel and both feel as if I am the right coach to get you to your best self.
Certified as a Health and Nutrition Coach by the MindBodyFood Institute, I am also an experienced teacher of Kundalini Yoga as well as a qualified Yoga Therapist. My combined personal and professional experience enables me to offer my services as a unique and compassionate health and lifestyle coach in Surrey or London. As a general guideline, coaching programmes run for a minimum of 12 weeks. Each week, we will connect for an hour to ensure you are progressing towards and achieving the health and lifestyle goals that you set out in our first session. Often your goals will evolve as we go along. Our sessions will dovetail with your development. Through my support, encouragement and accountability, we will together bring you to your very best self.
During your bespoke coaching programme, we will work together to release habits that are no longer serving you, develop new sustainable positive lifestyle changes and define your authentic hopes and dreams. We will plan your journey of achievement, breaking down every step into small manageable weekly and daily goals so that you never feel overwhelmed and are always feeling like you are progressing.
Embracing a wholefood, nutritious style of eating is life-changing for many people. It is said that food is medicine and I wholeheartedly believe this to be true. Many ailments, digestive issues, physical and emotional health issues can be vastly improved by changing to a wholefood Mediterranean style of eating alongside an exercise plan that works for you and your body. During our coaching sessions, we will establish your current state of health and how eating habits could be contributing to your discomfort.
We will also work together on mindful eating and breaking the guilty cycle of emotional eating for good. Our focus will be to remove processed food from your life, to discover and implement a sustainable, enjoyable exercise plan, improve your vitality and energy levels through nutritious, delicious food, improve your self-body image, and to encourage a more positive, less critical relationship with food.
I will help you with meal plans, recipes, what to choose when eating out, shopping lists, along with encouraging you on your journey to find an exercise that you love.
For local clients I also offer VIP days which include clearing out food cupboards, visiting local farm shops, meal planning, shopping lists and cookery classes.
As a qualified and experienced yoga therapist, I can incorporate yoga therapy into our coaching sessions for any clients who want to learn powerful breathing techniques. I offer yoga sets which work on specific ailments that you may be experiencing such as insomnia, high blood pressure, anxiety, stress or burn out, ADHD, arthritis and many more conditions.
Every individual is unique, which is why my main focus as a health and lifestyle coach in Surrey and London centres around building a strong rapport with my clients, understanding the true source of your discomfort. Alongside this we will together be learning about your goals and authentic dreams which will be the basis of your unique coaching plan. The stronger the relationship, the more effective our work will be.
Along with having a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, I possess invaluable life experience in many areas of life along with being closely associated to someone who has experienced them. I have an encountered and helped people suffering from grief, infertility, recurrent miscarriage, broken families, cancer, financial hardship, alcoholism, motherhood, success, marriage, demanding careers, poor body image, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, yoyo dieting, divorce, stress, burn out, depression, and much more. My own journey with breast cancer five years ago is what led to me placing the utmost importance on self-care, eating a wholesome nutritious diet and taking on a focused approach to health and nutrition. I have always dealt with what life has thrown at me with immense positivity and resilience.
I believe strongly in developing an honest, authentic relationship with every client in order to optimise the potential for growth and development, meaning that our sessions will always serve as a safe space in which no judgement is passed. I will allow you to progress in your own way and at your own pace. All information shared is held in the strictest confidence. To cement this, I will issue a coaching agreement before our sessions begin which confirms confidentiality, what you can expect from me and what I will expect in return from you to promote maximum success.
